I know this may come as a shock to you, especially in 2022 but not everyone who works, uses a desktop PC daily. The “users” need to access this bloody app so we can upload timesheets to get paid……so you guys make it unbelievably difficult to access your app. Call or email our business support team for any of the following: Youre having difficulties with certification Youd like to check the status of an order You have a problem or need advice with a booking See your local SAP Education web Technical support Visit our support centre and create a ticket for any of the following. So in every other app/website in my the world there would be a “feature” called….yes you’ve guessed it “reset your password”.īut no, you guys don’t want this on a mobile app you’ve created, you want to be “special” to NOT have the feature & I cannot fathom how this works in your favour!!!
